Some gatherings, like the block party, are designed to be simple. If it's listed as open attendance, you're welcome to come as you are.

Some volunteer days, like park cleanups, may request a quick RSVP so we can plan items like gloves, grabbers, and other supplies.

A neighborhood favorite and a great way to meet new neighbors and reconnect with familiar faces. Our block parties are held annually with smaller, more frequent neighbor gatherings coming soon!

A neighborhood-wide tradition, (typically in June). Residents can participate by hosting their own garage sale and sharing the details. We create a garage sale map where participating neighbors can enter their info to be listed.

Volunteer opportunities are available throughout the year, including park cleanups and helping maintain the neighborhood's flower beds.

The association also offers a Flower Bed Adoption program, where neighbors can adopt one of five flower beds in the park for a one-year commitment. Volunteers typically stop by once or twice a month to pull weeds, water plants during dry periods, and help keep the beds looking their best.
If mulch, replacement plants, or other materials are needed, the association is happy to help provide them.
Neighbors interested in adopting a flower bed can reach out here.
