I didn’t start Flow Systems Consulting with a polished plan, I started it out of necessity. After 14 years leading large-scale global program implementations and $50M+ software rollouts, I learned to design systems that could scale, even when chaos threatened to derail everything.

However, transitioning from corporate to entrepreneurship revealed a key lesson. The corporate frameworks I mastered didn’t work for a solo founder with limited resources, a busy schedule, and no dedicated support.
