At TotalReach, we aim to ensure satisfaction with all our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
TotalReach offers access to digital software, online tools, and training programs. Once your account is activated and access granted, no refunds are available due to the instant delivery of digital content.
Refunds may be considered only if:
You were charged twice for the same account, or
You did not receive access to the product within 48 hours of payment (and support could not resolve it).
Refund requests under these conditions must be made within 7 days of the original payment.
Affiliate commissions are only valid on confirmed, non-refunded sales. If a customer refund occurs, associated commissions will be voided.
You may cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Before requesting a refund, users are expected to contact [email protected] for troubleshooting assistance. Our team will work to resolve any technical or access issues promptly.
If eligible, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
