Qualified as a mindfulness coach in 2019 and set up my small business alongside my full time job. During lockdown I started to make mindfulness gifts to help my friends and family who were feeling anxious. I then decided to pop them on Etsy and they just took off. I developed a range of products unique to my business and also write children's books.

I know Michelle's Crafts and Creations through craft events, and my products support adults and children with their mental health. I make sensory products designed for anyone who loves or needs sensory items.
