Terms of Use & Student Participation Agreement

These Terms of Use and Student Participation Agreement ("Agreement") govern your purchase of and participation in the Social Media Success Course™ offered by COACH SHYANNE INTERNATIONAL LLC, a company organized and operating under the laws of the State of Michigan, United States ("Company," "Coach Shyanne," "we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Social Media Success Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the terms contained in this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not purchase or access the program.

1. Program Overview

The Social Media Success Course is a digital educational program designed to provide training, strategies, and frameworks related to:

• personal branding

• social media growth

• online positioning

• content strategy

• audience building

• digital monetization

Program access may include but is not limited to:

• video training modules

• recorded lessons

• worksheets and templates

• strategic frameworks

• community discussions

• live or recorded coaching sessions

• additional digital resources

The Company reserves the right to modify or update program materials, structure, or content at any time.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing the Social Media Success Course, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years of age

• you have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement

• the payment information provided is accurate and authorized

3. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in the Social Media Success Course occurs when payment is successfully processed.

Available payment options may include:

• Pay-in-full purchase

• Payment plans

If a payment plan is selected, the purchaser agrees to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete payments does not cancel the financial obligation for the remaining balance.

If a payment fails or is declined:

• course access may be temporarily suspended

• access may be revoked until payment obligations are fulfilled

4. Strict No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Social Media Success Course and the immediate availability of proprietary training materials, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• dissatisfaction with the program

• failure to complete the course

• failure to access course materials

• lack of time to participate

• disagreement with program content

• failure to achieve desired results

By purchasing the Social Media Success Course, you acknowledge that the purchase is final and that refunds will not be provided.

5. Agreement Requirement for Course Access

Students must sign the Social Media Success Course Student Agreement before access to course materials is granted.

If a purchaser chooses not to sign the agreement after payment has been completed, the purchaser acknowledges that they are voluntarily declining access to the program and no refund will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property Ownership

All materials contained within the Social Media Success Course are the exclusive intellectual property of COACH SHYANNE INTERNATIONAL LLC.

This includes but is not limited to:

• course curriculum

• video lessons

• worksheets and templates

• strategies and frameworks

• scripts and marketing systems

• branding and positioning methodologies

• written materials and guides

• community discussions and shared training content

Purchasing the Social Media Success Course does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Students receive only a limited license to access the materials for personal educational use

7. Prohibited Use of Course Materials

Students may not:

• copy course materials

• screen record video lessons

• download or redistribute course content

• upload materials to other platforms

• share login credentials

• distribute course content to non-students

• resell course materials

• create competing courses using the curriculum or frameworks

Violation of these restrictions may result in:

• immediate termination of course access

• removal from the program

• legal action for intellectual property infringement

8. Screen Recording and Content Capture

Students are strictly prohibited from recording or capturing any part of the Social Media Success Course.

This includes:

• screen recording software

• video capture tools

• photographing lessons

• recording live or recorded coaching calls

Unauthorized recording of course materials constitutes intellectual property infringement.

9. Account Security and Login Sharing

Access to the Social Media Success Course is granted to the purchaser only.

Students may not share login credentials or provide access to any third party.

If unauthorized account sharing is detected, the Company may immediately revoke course access without refund.

10. Community Guidelines

If the program includes a community or group environment, students agree to maintain respectful conduct.

Participants may not:

• harass or threaten other members

• post defamatory or misleading information

• promote unrelated products or services

• engage in spam or solicitation

• disrupt the learning environment

Violation may result in removal from the program without refund.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing the Social Media Success Course, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting the Company.

If a chargeback occurs:

• program access may be immediately revoked

• the Company may dispute the chargeback

• the Company may pursue recovery of funds and related costs where permitted by law

12. Results Disclaimer

The Social Media Success Course is an educational program.

The Company does not guarantee any specific results including but not limited to:

• income generation

• business success

• follower growth

• brand partnerships Results depend on many factors including effort, experience, and implementation.

Testimonials and examples are not guarantees of future performance.

13. Global Participation

The Social Media Success Course is available to participants worldwide.

By purchasing the program, you acknowledge that this Agreement applies regardless of your country of residence.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from participation in the Social Media Success Course shall be resolved under Michigan law

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COACH SHYANNE INTERNATIONAL LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from participation in the program.

Participation in the program is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own discretion.

16. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time.

Continued participation in the Social Media Success Course constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

17. Electronic Agreement

By purchasing the Social Media Success Course, you confirm that:

• you have read and understood this Agreement

• you agree to all terms contained herein

• you understand that the course is non-refundable

• you agree to respect the intellectual property protections

Electronic signatures and digital acceptance are legally binding.
