All rights, title, and ownership of the Social Media Success Course and its materials remain solely with COACH SHYANNE INTERNATIONAL LLC.

Purchasing the Social Media Success Course does not grant ownership of any intellectual property.

2. Limited License for Personal Use

Upon purchase, students are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Social Media Success Course materials for their personal educational use only.

This license does not permit the reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any course materials.

The license may be revoked at any time if the terms of this policy are violated.

3. Prohibited Use of Course Materials

This includes but is not limited to:

• Screen recording software

• Phone recordings

• Recording live or recorded coaching sessions

Any unauthorized recording or duplication of course content is considered a violation of intellectual property rights.

5. Login Sharing and Unauthorized Access

Students may not:

• Allow others to access the course through their account

If unauthorized account sharing is detected, the Company reserves the right to:

• Immediately terminate course access

• Permanently remove the student from the program

• Deny future access to Company programs

No refund will be issued if access is terminated due to account sharing.

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Immediate removal from the program

• Permanent revocation of course access

• Legal action for intellectual property infringement

• Financial damages where permitted by law

Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of course materials may also result in:

• DMCA takedown requests

• Cease and desist notices

• Additional legal remedies available under intellectual property law

7. Protection of Proprietary Methods and Frameworks

The strategies, frameworks, systems, and methodologies taught within the Social Media Success Course are proprietary educational materials developed by Coach Shyanne.

Students agree not to reproduce, teach, license, or commercialize these materials in their own courses, training programs, or educational products.

This protection applies even after the student has completed or exited the Social Media Success Course.

8. Global Applicability

The Social Media Success Course is sold internationally.

By purchasing or accessing the course, you acknowledge that this Intellectual Property & Content Protection Policy applies regardless of your country of residence.

9. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from the use of Social Media Success Course materials shall be resolved under Michigan law.
