This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between COACH SHYANNE INTERNATIONAL LLC, a company organized and operating under the laws of the State of Michigan, United States ("Company," "Coach Shyanne," "we," or "us"), and the individual purchasing the Social Media Success Course ("Student," "Participant," or "you").
By purchasing the Social Media Success Course and signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by all terms contained herein.
1. Program Description
Social Media Success Course is a digital education program designed to teach strategies related to personal branding, social media positioning, content strategy, audience growth, and monetization.
Program access may include but is not limited to:
• Video training modules
• Educational lessons and curriculum
• Worksheets, templates, and frameworks
• Community discussions
• Recorded coaching sessions
• Live or recorded calls
• Additional resources or materials
The Company reserves the right to update, modify, add, or remove program content at any time.
Program structure may evolve as the program develops.
2. Purchase and Payment Terms
By enrolling in the Social Media Success Course, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at checkout.
Payment options may include:
• Pay-in-full purchase
• Payment plan installments
If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
Failure to complete payments does not cancel your financial obligation.
If a payment fails or is declined:
• Access to the program may be suspended
• Access may be revoked until payment is resolved
3. Strict No Refund Policy
Social Media Success Course is a digital education program that provides immediate access to proprietary intellectual property.
Due to the nature of digital products and the instant availability of course materials, all sales are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing this program, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Course materials contain proprietary strategies, frameworks, and educational content
• Digital content can be accessed and consumed immediately after purchase
• Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances
This policy applies regardless of:
• Participation level
• Completion of the course
• Satisfaction with the program
• Achieved results or lack thereof
• Failure to log in or access materials
Once payment is completed, the purchase is considered final.
4. Agreement Requirement for Access
Students are required to sign this Student Agreement before receiving access to course materials.
If a purchaser chooses not to sign the agreement after payment is completed, the purchaser acknowledges that they are voluntarily declining access to the program and no refund will be issued.
Access to the program will not be granted until this Agreement has been signed.
5. Intellectual Property Ownership
All content within the Social Media Success Course is the exclusive intellectual property of COACH SHYANNE INTERNATIONAL LLC.
This includes but is not limited to:

• Course curriculum
• Frameworks and systems
• Marketing strategies
• Scripts and templates
• Branding materials
• Worksheets and guides
• Recorded coaching sessions
• Community discussions
• Course structure and methodology
Students are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the materials for educational purposes only.
Ownership of the intellectual property remains solely with the Company.
6. Content Protection and Usage Restrictions
Students agree not to:
• Copy course materials
• Download or record videos
• Screen record or capture course content
• Upload course materials to other platforms
• Share course materials with third parties
• Distribute course content publicly or privately
• Resell or redistribute the program
• Teach or reproduce the program curriculum in another course or coaching program
Unauthorized use of the Company's intellectual property may result in:
• Immediate termination of access
• Removal from the program
• Legal action for intellectual property infringement
• Financial damages where applicable
These intellectual property protections remain in effect indefinitely.
7. Login Security and Account Sharing
Course access is granted to the purchaser only.
Sharing login credentials or granting access to others is strictly prohibited.
If account sharing or unauthorized access is detected:
• Access may be terminated immediately
• Access may be permanently revoked
• No refund will be issued
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing the Social Media Success Course, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Company.
If a chargeback or payment dispute occurs:
• Program access may be immediately revoked
• The Company reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds
• Administrative and legal costs associated with the dispute may be recovered where permitted by law
9. Community Conduct
If the program includes community access, students agree to maintain respectful and professional conduct.
Participants may not:
• Harass or threaten other members
• Post defamatory or misleading content
• Promote unrelated products or services without permission
• Engage in spam or solicitation
• Disrupt the community environment
Violation may result in removal from the program without refund.
10. Results Disclaimer
Social Media Success Course is an educational program.
The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to:
• Income
• Revenue
• Social media follower growth
• Business success
Results depend on many factors including effort, experience, and implementation.

11. Global Participation
Social Media Success is a digital program sold internationally.
By purchasing and participating in this program, you agree that this Agreement applies regardless of your country of residence.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved under Michigan law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Social Media Success Course.
Participation in the program is voluntary.
Students assume full responsibility for their decisions and actions.
14. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Student and COACH SHYANNE INTERNATIONAL LLC regarding participation in the Social Media Success Course.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
15. Electronic Signature
By signing this Agreement electronically, you acknowledge that:
• You have read and understood this Agreement
• You agree to all terms and conditions
• You understand the program is non-refundable
• You agree to respect intellectual property protections
Electronic signatures are legally binding.
