No Refund Policy

This No Refund Policy applies to the Social Media Success Course offered by COACH SHYANNE INTERNATIONAL LLC, a company organized and operating under the laws of the State of Michigan, United States (“Company,” “Coach Shyanne,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing the Social Media Success Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

The Social Media Success Course is a digital educational program that provides access to proprietary course materials, strategies, frameworks, and intellectual property.

Due to the digital nature of the Social Media Success Course and the immediate availability of course materials, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing the Social Media Success Course, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing access to digital educational materials

• Course content may be accessed immediately after enrollment

• Digital materials can be viewed, consumed, and implemented instantly

• Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances

Once payment is successfully processed, the purchase of the Social Media Success Course is considered final.

2. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

Refunds for the Social Media Success Course will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with the Social Media Success Course

• Failure to complete the Social Media Success Course

• Failure to access course materials

• Failure to achieve desired business, social media, or financial results• Change of mind after purchase

• Personal circumstances or financial hardship

• Lack of time to participate

• Disagreement with program content or teaching methods

• Technical issues unrelated to the Company’s platform

By completing your purchase of the Social Media Success Course, you accept full responsibility for your decision to enroll.

3. Digital Content and Immediate Access

The Social Media Success Course contains proprietary training materials, strategies, and intellectual property developed by Coach Shyanne.

Once access to the Social Media Success Course is granted, the purchase is considered fulfilled.

Because digital content can be accessed, viewed, or consumed immediately, refunds cannot be provided.

4. Student Agreement Requirement

Students purchasing the Social Media Success Course are required to sign the Social Media Success Course Student Agreement before receiving access to the course materials.

If a purchaser chooses not to sign the required agreement after payment is completed, the purchaser acknowledges that they are voluntarily declining access to the Social Media Success Course and no refund will be issued.

Failure or refusal to sign the Student Agreement does not qualify for a refund.

5. Payment Plans

If the Social Media Success Course is purchased using a payment plan, the purchaser agrees to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete payments does not cancel the financial obligation to pay the remaining balance.

Missed or failed payments may result in:

• Suspension of access to the Social Media Success Course

• Revocation of course access until payment obligations are fulfilled

All payments made toward the Social Media Success Course remain non-refundable.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing the Social Media Success Course, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor without first contacting the Company.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:

• Access to the Social Media Success Course may be immediately revoked

• The Company reserves the right to dispute the chargeback

• The Company may pursue recovery of funds, administrative costs, and legal expenses where permitted by law

Submitting a chargeback after agreeing to this policy may constitute a breach of contract.

7. Removal From the Social Media Success Course

COACH SHYANNE INTERNATIONAL LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from the Social Media Success Course if the participant violates program policies, intellectual property protections, or community guidelines.

If removal occurs due to policy violations, no refund will be issued.

8. International Purchases

The Social Media Success Course is a digital program available to participants worldwide.

By purchasing the Social Media Success Course, you acknowledge that this No Refund Policy applies regardless of your country of residence.

9. Governing Law

This No Refund Policy shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from the purchase of the Social Media Success Course shall be resolved under Michigan law.

10. Policy Acknowledgment

By purchasing the Social Media Success Course, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this No Refund Policy

• You understand that the Social Media Success Course is strictly non-refundable

• You acknowledge that all sales are final

• You accept the terms of this policy before completing your purchase
