What Is Rhinoplasty:
Also known as Revision Rhinoplasty or corrective nasal surgery
Performed to improve results from a previous unsuccessful Rhinoplasty
Addresses both cosmetic concerns and breathing problems
Uses advanced surgical techniques and an anatomical approach
Considered more complex than a primary Rhinoplasty procedure
May also repair septal perforation when present
Who Needs It:
Individuals dissatisfied with the results of a prior nose surgery
Patients experiencing nasal airway obstruction after previous surgery
Those with visible nasal irregularities or asymmetry
Patients with breathing difficulties caused by structural collapse or deviation
Individuals seeking correction of both form and function of the nose
The Benefits:
Improves the appearance and symmetry of the nose
Helps restore proper nasal airflow and breathing function
Corrects concerns such as drooping, pinched, or over-corrected nasal features
Addresses deformities including scooped nose, polly beak, or nasal deviation
Repairs structural issues caused by prior surgery
Creates a more natural, balanced, and functional result
What to Expect
Uses advanced surgical techniques based on an anatomical approach
Secondary Rhinoplasty is more complex than a primary nose surgery.
Each case requires individualized evaluation and detailed pre-operative planning.
Prior scar tissue can make nasal anatomy less predictable, requiring careful correction.
Designed to improve both nasal appearance and breathing function.
Internal nasal airway surgery may be performed to correct a deviated septum and improve airflow.
Perforated septum concerns are evaluated during consultation and surgical planning.
Uses the patient’s own tissue for more reliable, natural-looking results.
Synthetic implant materials are generally avoided to reduce the risk of complications or scarring.
Internal nasal packing and an external splint help protect and support the new nasal structure during healing.
The goal is a natural-looking nose that functions well and does not appear over-operated
