Dr. Grant A. Fairbanks In Utah
Dr. Grant A. Fairbanks is a graduate of Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. He completed an internship in El Paso, Texas at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. Thereafter Dr. Fairbanks served as a General Medical Officer in the U.S. Military at Raymond W. Bliss Army Community Hospital at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. His training in both General Surgery and Plastic Surgery was completed at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania, affiliated with Penn State University.
To further his training he accepted a fellowship in Craniofacial Surgery at Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Dr. Fairbanks is a past President of the Utah Plastic Surgery Society and the Salt Lake Surgical Society. His professional affiliations also include the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Aesthetic Society, and the International Society for Auricular Reconstruction.

Dr. Fairbanks’ broad training in Plastic Surgery allows him to care for patients of all ages. He is highly trained as a cosmetic plastic surgeon in Salt Lake City, UT. His areas of expertise include facial rejuvenation, eyelid surgery, nasal surgery, and lip enlargement. He is also highly trained in other popular procedures such as breast augmentation, breast reduction, liposuction, abdominoplasty, and body contouring for bariatric surgery patients. He has impressive results with fat grafting for both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
