The Athlete Performance Training Program is designed to help middle school, high school, and college athletes develop the physical tools required for sport: speed, strength, power, coordination, control, and conditioning.

Every session is coached with purpose. Athletes are challenged, corrected, and supported throughout the process so they can build better habits, stronger bodies, and greater confidence in how they perform both in training and competition.

THE METHOD

FORGE creates a structured group training environment where athletes can develop the right way — through intentional, progressive training tailored to their current stage of development. That means learning proper movement mechanics first, building strength safely, and increasing intensity only when the athlete is ready.

Stage-Based Coaching

Training is tailored for youth, middle school, high school, and college athletes, ensuring each group receives the appropriate level of challenge, progression, and coaching detail for their stage of development.

Performance Skill Development

Athletes develop the foundational skills that directly transfer to sport performance, including acceleration, change of direction, strength, power, balance, coordination, and body control
