Whether it was during my time as a lacrosse player at Johns Hopkins University or present day as an First Lieutenant serving in the United States Army, Hank has been absolutely crucial to my physical preparedness over the last five years. As he continues to excel in the field, Hank consistently provides calculated programming personally tailored to my body and goals. His knowledge of strength and conditioning, speed/agility, and overall functional training allows Hank to train a wide array of clientele. Being physically fit is nonnegotiable in the military - and without Hank's expertise and flexible/daily consultation I would not be where I am today. As one of the best young minds in the field, Hank has the capabilities to provide you with in-depth programming for in-person or remote training.

Training with Hank for the past 10 months has been everything I could ask for and more! If I knew how much of a positive impact it was going to make on my mental and physical health I would have started training with him years ago. It is evident how dedicated Hank is to his work. Whether it be early morning or midday sessions, he is always ready to work with us and push us to our maximum potential. My strength and speed has improved greatly which you can see from stats. But what you don’t see on those stats is the most fun, positive, and welcoming environment he has created which has helped me to reach my goals in addition to rebuilding my confidence. I am most thankful for the overwhelming support Hank has shown me in and out of the weight room. Really can’t recommend him enough to all my friends and teammates.

Working with Hank during my senior year and summer before my college career has made a huge difference in my development. I originally started training with him to improve my speed, strength, and confidence, but I’ve gained so much more than that. I’ve seen improvement in every area of my performance and picked up countless tips and skills that I can carry with me into my future and keep in my back pocket while competing at the collegiate level. Hank has all the qualities you’d want in a coach—knowledge, motivation, and the ability to push you while still supporting you. He knows how to bring out the best in you and teaches you not only how to train, but also how to build the habits and routines that are essential at the next level. Hank is super flexible and easy to approach so if you have any questions no question is silly to him. I would highly recommend Hank to any high school athlete, especially those who plan to play in college. He gives you the foundation and mindset you need to succeed at the next level and beyond.

I have worked with Hank for over six months now as a soccer and lacrosse player and I couldn’t be more grateful for my experience. Hank has been the best role model for me in and out of the weight room. He creates such a positive and motivating environment for all of his athletes. He will always push you to your maximum and expects you to do the same for yourself. Hank always has his kids’ best interests in mind and truly wants to see them succeed and be their best. His passion for his work is inspiring, and it is very evident when training with him. He is always so hungry to learn more about the athletic/training world, Hank has been such a great person to me and my family, and has truly helped me in every aspect. I have gotten stronger physically and mentally from his training sessions, and I would recommend him to every single person I know who wants to train more effectively. Lifting and running with him in the winter and spring of the school year have helped me progress in every aspect. His most beneficial addition to my athletic career is lifting on game days, and it was super beneficial! He is so committed to his job and ensures the best for his athletes that he would have 5:30am sessions on game days. He would tailor these sessions to be able to fit my and other athletes' schedules. I have referred many other athletes to his program because of the amount of confidence I have in his work. There are too many great things to say about Hank!
