About Your Instructor

Anna Choi, Energy Master, Taekwondo Black Belt, and CEO (Chief Energy Officer) of SolJoy trains high achieving, creative, conscious global leaders to catalyze a tipping point in global enlightenment through energy mastery training programs.

She specializes in guiding CEO’s, influencers, and athletes to have more energy so they can more fully unleash their soul’s expression in the world.

FAQs

What do I need to prepare for class?

Wear loose fitting clothes. You may choose to bring a water bottle. If you are attending in person, no yoga mat is necessary.If you are attending on zoom, makes sure you have a carpeted floor, rug, or thicker yoga mat if we do any floor exercises. 

What does a hybrid class mean?

Hybrid means you can either attend in person or attend live online via zoom, or do a mix of both! The online option is best for non local students or those who prefer to avoid travel and watch the videos at a time most convenient for them in the comfort of their own home!All students will receive the zoom recording of the class each to practice at home and enjoy after the class series ends. 

Does the class build on itself if I miss a class?

No. We will practice the entire form every class. Each class will develop mastery of different aspects of the form, and you can simply watch the replay at a time convenient to you if you miss a class. 

How long do we have access to the video replays of class?

You receive lifetime access to all video replays, that are released weekly starting Sept 22.

How old do you have to be to attend?

Anyone ages 12 years old or older is welcome to attend! Inquire to [email protected] regarding family multi member and/or group discount rates.  

If I attend by zoom, what do I need to prepare in my space?

First, ensure a good internet connection to optimize your class experience from a laptop. A phone is difficult to see so we recommend a laptop or full screen tv. Next, make sure you are fully present, video on. Treat this as if you are in person. This means, no driving, no noisy backgrounds, no kids and pets running in and out, no other window tabs open online, no eating, no walking around with the camera on your cell phone, etc. If you need to go to the bathroom midway simply go do that and turn your video off then on to indicate you are not present. Having your video on means the instructor can see your body and make corrections or modifications as necessary. Finally, make sure you have a carpet floor or thicker mat for floor work.

What if I can't make some of the dates? I can only make certain class dates or am out of town for other classes.

We got you covered! All students receive a video training replay of class within 24 hours for any missed in person class to watch at a time convenient for them. For those who optin for the Virtual Online option only, you can attend live on zoom or simply watch the trainings at a time convenient for you!If you know for certain you can only make certain class dates, that totally works! Must still register to attend. Email Pacific Fusion your name, date of birth, email, and phone number. Then let them know in that email which class dates you want to drop in to attend, then they will direct you to next steps.

Will this be offered at another time?

No, this is the only offering available at this time.

I'm interested but want to check it out first. Is there a way to do a trial class before committing to all 5 classes?

Yes, we do offer a drop in rate of $45 class payable at the end of your first trial class if you'd like to check out a class experience first.This class focuses on 1000 intestinals whereas our class will focus on learning this DahnMuDo form.

Will the video replay recordings show me on camera?

Nope! The video trainings will only show Anna the instructor.Also, the replays will only be sent to other students registered in the class. 

What is Qigong, Tai Chi, and DahnMuDo?

"Qi" means "energy." "Gong" means "practicing the skill of". So Qigong is the practice of energy and is any movement that awakens, circulates, and moves energy. 

Tai Chi is a specific type of healing martial arts  of Qigong that includes forms, whereas Qigong is any type of movement that allows a student to feel, circulate, and harness energy.What you'll be learning in this class is a specific Korean based Tai Chi called DahnMuDo.

Dahn means: Pure energy, Red.

Mu means: Martial arts, limitless, nothingness.

Do means: Tao, the way.

Dahnmudo translates to "the way to limitless energy." Another way to translate Dahn Mu Do is that each character corresponds to an energy center starting from the lower abdomen (2nd chakra) to the heart (4th chakra) to your pineal gland (6th chakra).

Dahnmudo is a discipline designed to develop power and to uncover endless creative energy.
