I felt a cloud lift with your empathic approach and routines that allowed for various dynamics of day naps. My little girl, now 6.5 months old, was born with really bad reflux and cmpa. It took 3 months for that to be diagnosed and under management. During that time, her life, my own and my husband's were really really difficult (...putting it mildly). I thought we’d never get here but it was actually much easier than I was anticipating. Your book is fantastic. We have a very refluxy baby whom we held to sleep for all naps and all nights for four months straight to prevent spit up. Understanding my little boy’s sleep has taken so much anxiety away from nap and bedtime I just want to say thank you, when I contacted you our little one was too young for you to consult with us. Honestly it is so refreshing to read a book that is non-judgemental and encourages parents to do what they feel is right. He also used to sleep in sling during the day. So very very attached. Within 7 days of following ALL tips religiously (you can’t be a la carte) my baby now sleeps from 650pm-6am All your sleep questions are answered in the book and if you read cover to cover. Mine is dog-eared and highlighted at this stage but I think you have to read every section and try every suggestion for at least a few weeks. from my experience there is no magic bullet...all the small tweaks suggested eventually bring results. I was up every hour with my new-born. Within 7 days of following ALL tips religiously (you can't be a la carte) my baby now sleeps from 650pm-6am and only requires one feed max (sometimes he skips it). You need determination and loads of patience but worth it.

I bought your book…. Since then I have started to use your guidelines and have seen a massive improvement in his sleep. So he wakes any time between 6 and 7 although today we went to 7 10am!!. Has his bottle within a half hour and then his breakfast shortly after. Then two hours later he goes for his nap in his cot, blinds pulled with a soother and muslin cloth, he sleeps on his side and generally we just leave him down and walk out and he goes asleep himself! Amazing! The odd time we could have tears or he may need more help. This goes for all sleeps

I felt a cloud lift with your empathic approach and routines that allowed for various dynamics of day naps. My little girl, now 6.5 months old, was born with really bad reflux and cmpa. It took 3 months for that to be diagnosed and under management. During that time, her life, my own and my husband's were really really difficult (...putting it mildly). Her sleep was broken due to discomfort, naps were no longer than 20 minutes, we'd long days of her screaming in pain and puking, she latched very poorly due to pain and I ended up with a very painful breast abscess. He also used to sleep in sling during the day. So very very attached. Mine is dog-eared and highlighted at this stage but I think you have to read every section and try every suggestion for at least a few weeks. from my experience there is no magic bullet...all the small tweaks suggested eventually bring results. Lifesaver!! Just wanted to say how much I've loved your book. I ve used it from day one and my baby has always been a great napper and sleeps through the night. But recently he has started acting up with his naps. I took out the book again this morning after nearly a year and followed the correct sleep/nap times mentioned for his age group. I am so pleased with the new routine and results it’s having. I downloaded your book last Sunday after my 5 month old was waking hourly! From the first night she slept only waking twice and settled very quickly. Now we've had two nights where she's slept from 7-5am waking for a feed and back to sleep until 7am. I bought your book…. Since then I have started to use your guidelines and have seen a massive improvement in his sleep. So he wakes any time between 6 and 7 although today we went to 7 10am!!. Has his bottle within a half hour and then his breakfast shortly after. Then two hours later he goes for his nap in his cot, blinds pulled with a soother and muslin cloth, he sleeps on his side and generally we just leave him down and walk out and he goes asleep himself! Amazing! The odd time we could have tears or he may need more help. This goes for all sleeps
