I cannot speak highly enough of Lucy Wolfe. I would scream it across the rooftops if I could - if you need help with your little one’s sleep, and want them to sleep the night and have independent sleep, get in contact with Lucy!! Myself and my Husband both say Lucy “changed our lives” as first time parents!! We came to Lucy as quite sleep-deprived and overwhelmed first time parents, with our lovely 6 month old son who unfortunately was waking A LOT throughout the night (sometimes 6-8 times) and who needed to be rocked or fed to sleep. Lucy helped us get an easy to follow schedule in place for our son’s naps/bottles/meals/bedtime and then guided us through the stay and support method for bedtime and overnight. Within 1 day we saw improvement! And within a week our son was sleeping the night with just one waking for a bottle. Within weeks our son had dropped his night feeds and was sleeping 7pm-6am. We were able to pop him into his cot after his bedtime sleep and he would put himself to sleep by himself! He is turning 1 next week and has been sleeping through the night ever since, even when we’ve brought him to Spain, New York, etc! Wow!! What can I say, Lucy has completely transformed our night times, implementing an effective, age-appropriate strategy with our 20-month old son who was waking for long stretches throughout the night every night. Our 7month old was waking numerous times a night and ending up in our bed every night resulting in broken sleep for baby and parents so with being back to work I needed a full nights sleep. We began working with Lucy and took on her advice and followed each recommendation as best we could, a couple of weeks later and our baby sleeps 11/12 hours a night in his cot in a different room. Lucy has a very positive, realistic approach and she shows compassion while being very professional and supportive. We worked with Lucy on a one to one basis and were delighted with the results. Before working with Lucy our daughter woke up to 8 times a night from 3 and a half months onwards and would only sleep in our bed or on us. Where to start. Lucy changed our lives for the better. Our 2 year old wouldn’t go down until 9pm and would wake before 5am with frequent wake ups during the night that could last up to 2 hours. We are so grateful that we reached out to Lucy to help us with our toddler's sleep issues. She is so experienced and competent and we felt very lucky to have her working with us. She is also very understanding and compassionate and, most importantly when dealing with a toddler - flexible ! What we found so refreshing and reassuring was that Lucy used common sense and compassion and showed us how to adapt plans to deal with teething, illness, over tiredness etc. Her advice is very practical, easy to follow and easy to integrate and you will see positive results. We asked Lucy for her help with our then 6 month old who never had any naps in his cot and had to be rocked to sleep for night, all naps he was held for. God sent Lucy to help parents of children who refuse to sleep!!! From the start Lucy was so approachable and kind. We had nearly 13 weeks of constant up and down every hour to hour and a half. We were wrecked and annoyed and needed help. We see a big change in the sleeping patterns. We have a bit more to do but we are in such a different place to where we were 4 weeks ago!
I never saw myself as someone who would sleep train, and I definitely didn’t want to leave my son to cry it out. My daughter had always been a good sleeper, so this was completely new to me. By the time my son was 8 months old, I felt completely exhausted and knew something had to change. I was drawn to Lucy’s method because it allowed us to stay with our baby and support him while teaching him to sleep independently. Working with Lucy was such a positive experience, and we were genuinely surprised at how well her method worked. Even though we weren’t comfortable with following every step, Lucy respected our preferences and tailored the approach to suit our family’s needs. For example, I wanted to keep one night feed but eliminate the frequent wake-ups. We were also fine with staying with our son longer to help him fall asleep, but we wanted him to settle in his cot without breastfeeding and with either Mum or Dad putting him to bed. Thanks to Lucy’s guidance, all these goals were achieved within just a few weeks! Our son was also waking extremely early, and with Lucy’s help, we’ve seen big improvements. We contacted Lucy after eight months of incredibly difficult sleep with our little boy. Our little one had always woken frequently in the night. Following a sleep regression at four months, and lots of colds we were struggling with around 8 to 10 wakes a night. Naps we're always contact, as if we put him down in the crib he would wake after 20 minutes. My partner and I were completely exhausted. Whilst we have always enjoyed our little boy very much, the cumulative impact of poor sleep was taking its toll on us. We contacted Lucy for support after I read her book. At the time we had very little structure to our day and we're doing what we could to get by. Neither me or my partner had the energy to implement the plan from Lucy's book without support. We also knew that moving our son to his own room and shifting away from contact naps would feel difficult for us. Straight away we felt safe in Lucy's hands. It was encouraging to hear that given our sons temperament she felt confident her approach would work. Not only did we work on sleep, but Lucy gave us the confidence to make big shifts with regards to offering solids for our son, which had felt overwhelming as first-time parents. Initially, we were worried that more structure would feel claustrophobic, however we have found as we have got used to more predictability l, our son has responded very positively, which has had a huge positive impact upon us all. We made some initial wins with the feeding and nap structure. However we were still having frequent wakings, the real changes came when we began the sleep learning process. The first night felt like a challenge and our son woke up 30 minutes later. I remember emailing Lucy for reassurance. She advised me to trust me and my partner as parents, trust our little boy and also the process. This was the line that helped us through when it felt hard. We committed ourselves completely to Lucy's advice as we began to see huge changes from the second night of sleep learning. Lucy held a safe space for us and unwavering confidence which gave us a lot of hope. Two months on and our little boy is sleeping in his own room, in his own cot, and generally only waking once a night. He is a reliable sleeper now and reliable with naps too, which has given some much needed downtime for us as parents. We love the floor-based routine that Lucy encouraged for bedtime, which is based around connection. We are both more rested and present to enjoy our gorgeous little boy. We are so grateful for Lucy's expert guidance. Getting rest has been life changing and we can see the positive impact on our baby, who seems to be developing new skills each week and has sailed through getting 6 teeth in the past 2 months!

Lucy made subtle tweaks to our feeding and daytime routine that made a world of difference to our daytime naps and overnight sleep. Lucy approached the settling situation with compassion for both us and the child, our baby is now sleeping independently through the night with two daytime naps. The lights have just turned back on in our household- no longer am I using precious childcare to catch up on sleep, instead to enjoy things I did before becoming a mum. Lucy was a fantastic support to us. Our son was waking multiple times a night, required rocking to sleep snd had issues with early rising. With Lucy's guidance regarding night weaning and staying and supporting, he now sleeps reliably for 11-12 hours every night, self settles and can put himself back to sleep. Lucy also helped us to navigate the symptoms of our son's digestive issues which were impacting his sleep, and encouraged us to continue to advocate for him when speaking to other professionals to get to the bottom of the issues he was experiencing. I sought help from Lucy when my 7month old was waking almost every two hours during the night and my only way to get her to sleep both day and night was feed her to sleep. Reaching out to Lucy was the best decision I have taken as a parent to date. My baby's sleep was so far away from what I had hoped that making any change felt overwhelming. I actually believed it was impossible for my baby to fall asleep on her own in her bed... I loved that her approach was gentle but at the same time gave me very clear instructions to follow. We had frequent calls and the plan was adapted according to how my baby responded to any changes. As a result of our work together my baby is thriving, she self-settles easily and sleeps through the night, and our quality of life has changed dramatically! Something which meant a lot to me personally was that there was zero judgment or suggestions to quit breastfeeding or wean her off to help facilitate better sleep, the contrary in fact was true. It’s hard to summarize how big an impact working with Lucy has made on our family life never mind on our babies sleep. As a first time mum exclusively breastfeeding we found ourselves in a pattern of feeding to sleep, contact napping and bed sharing which became more of a challenge as the months went by and at 11 months no longer felt sustainable. Where to start. Lucy changed our lives for the better. Our 2 year old wouldn’t go down until 9pm and would wake before 5am with frequent wake ups during the night that could last up to 2 hours. We asked Lucy for her help with our then 6 month old who never had any naps in his cot and had to be rocked to sleep for night, all naps he was held for. God sent Lucy to help parents of children who refuse to sleep!!! From the start Lucy was so approachable and kind. We had nearly 13 weeks of constant up and down every hour to hour and a half. We were wrecked and annoyed and needed help. We see a big change in the sleeping patterns. We have a bit more to do but we are in such a different place to where we were 4 weeks ago!
I never saw myself as someone who would sleep train, and I definitely didn’t want to leave my son to cry it out. My daughter had always been a good sleeper, so this was completely new to me. By the time my son was 8 months old, I felt completely exhausted and knew something had to change. I was drawn to Lucy’s method because it allowed us to stay with our baby and support him while teaching him to sleep independently. Working with Lucy was such a positive experience, and we were genuinely surprised at how well her method worked. Even though we weren’t comfortable with following every step, Lucy respected our preferences and tailored the approach to suit our family’s needs. For example, I wanted to keep one night feed but eliminate the frequent wake-ups. We were also fine with staying with our son longer to help him fall asleep, but we wanted him to settle in his cot without breastfeeding and with either Mum or Dad putting him to bed. We contacted Lucy after eight months of incredibly difficult sleep with our little boy. Our little one had always woken frequently in the night. Following a sleep regression at four months, and lots of colds we were struggling with around 8 to 10 wakes a night. Naps we're always contact, as if we put him down in the crib he would wake after 20 minutes. My partner and I were completely exhausted. Whilst we have always enjoyed our little boy very much, the cumulative impact of poor sleep was taking its toll on us. We contacted Lucy for support after I read her book. At the time we had very little structure to our day and we're doing what we could to get by. Neither me or my partner had the energy to implement the plan from Lucy's book without support. Two months on and our little boy is sleeping in his own room, in his own cot, and generally only waking once a night. He is a reliable sleeper now and reliable with naps too, which has given some much needed downtime for us as parents. Lucy was a fantastic support to us. Our son was waking multiple times a night, required rocking to sleep snd had issues with early rising. I sought help from Lucy when my 7month old was waking almost every two hours during the night and my only way to get her to sleep both day and night was feed her to sleep. Reaching out to Lucy was the best decision I have taken as a parent to date. My baby's sleep was so far away from what I had hoped that making any change felt overwhelming. Something which meant a lot to me personally was that there was zero judgment or suggestions to quit breastfeeding or wean her off to help facilitate better sleep, the contrary in fact was true. It’s hard to summarize how big an impact working with Lucy has made on our family life never mind on our babies sleep.
