Our Parkinson's Wellness Recovery program includes Parkinson's specific exercises in flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular conditioning. Each session is designed to account for each participant's individual abilities. Exercises will teach self-corrected movements that help with coordination, posture, and balance. The program also includes dual tasking activities that may delay the progression of Parkinson's Disease.
Dan has a Master’s of Science Degree in Physical Education, and has been a personal trainer for over 27 years. Currently, he has shifted his focus in training to work with people who have Parkinson’s.
