1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, applying for, or using any services provided by Blueprint Forward Consulting, LLC ("Blueprint Forward," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "consumer") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Blueprint Forward Consulting, LLC.

2. Nature of Services

Blueprint Forward provides educational, administrative, and advocacy-based credit-related services. We do not provide legal advice, accounting services, or act as attorneys or fiduciaries.

Services We Provide:

Credit Repair Services

  • Credit report analysis

  • Dispute preparation and submission

  • Communication with credit bureaus and creditors

  • Credit strategy consultation

  • Ongoing monitoring and optimization

Business Credit & Funding Services

  • Business credit profile development

  • SBA loan preparation and consultation

  • Fundability analysis

  • EIN credit establishment

  • Lender introduction and positioning

Identity Theft Recovery

  • FTC Identity Theft Report assistance

  • §605B blocking requests

  • Mixed-file separation

  • Fraud dispute management

Student Loan Consulting

  • Loan accuracy audits

  • Servicer compliance review

  • Discharge eligibility analysis

3. What We Do NOT Do

Blueprint Forward does not:

  • Lend money or provide financing

  • Make credit decisions or approve loans

  • Provide legal advice or legal representation

  • Provide tax advice or accounting services

  • Act as attorneys, CPAs, or fiduciaries

  • Guarantee specific outcomes or credit score increases

  • Control the actions of creditors, credit bureaus, or lenders

  • Remove accurate, timely, or verifiable information from credit reports

All decisions regarding credit reporting and lending are made solely by third parties (credit bureaus, creditors, lenders) according to federal law.

4. No Guarantees (Required by Law)

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. §1679):

❌ NO specific result or credit score increase is promised or guaranteed.

Results depend on multiple factors outside our control, including:

  • Accuracy and verifiability of information on your credit reports

  • Credit bureau and creditor responses to disputes

  • Your participation and cooperation in the process

  • Federal and state laws governing credit reporting

  • Timeframes required for credit bureau investigations (30-45 days)

  • Actions taken by creditors and data furnishers

Any examples, case studies, or references to past results are NOT promises of future outcomes. Your results may be better or worse than others' results.

We cannot and do not guarantee:

  • Deletion of any specific item

  • Increase in credit score by any specific amount

  • Approval for credit cards, loans, or mortgages

  • Approval for SBA loans or business funding

  • Specific timeframe for results

  • Any particular outcome

5. Identity Theft and Fraud Saf5. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide Truthful Information

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information

  • Update us promptly if any information changes

  • Notify us of any disputes or issues with credit bureaus

Review All Communications

  • Review all correspondence prepared on your behalf before submission

  • Approve all dispute letters and communications

  • Understand that you remain legally responsible for all statements made to credit bureaus

Cooperate and Participate

  • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner

  • Provide requested documentation when needed

  • Attend scheduled consultations and strategy sessions

  • Follow recommended strategies and action plans

Understand Your Rights

  • Understand that you have the right to dispute credit errors yourself at no cost

  • Understand that results cannot be guaranteed

  • Understand that disputes may not result in deletions or score increases

You remain legally responsible for all information submitted to credit bureaus and creditors, even when we prepare the communications on your behalf.

6. Consumer Rights Under CROA

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the following rights:

Right to Dispute Errors Yourself

You have the legal right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself at no cost by contacting the credit bureaus directly:

  • Experian: 888-397-3742 | experian.com/disputes

  • Equifax: 800-685-1111 | equifax.com/disputes

  • TransUnion: 800-916-8800 | transunion.com/disputes

You are not required to purchase credit repair services to exercise your rights under federal law.

Right to Cancel Within 3 Business Days

You have the right to cancel any credit repair contract within three (3) business days from the date you sign the agreement, without penalty or obligation.

To cancel:

  • Submit written notice via email, certified mail, or electronic signature platform

  • Email to: [email protected]

  • Subject line: "Cancellation Request"

  • Include your name and date of service agreement

Cancellation is effective immediately upon receipt of written notice. You will not be charged any fees for work not yet performed.

Right to Obtain Credit Reports

You have the right to:

  • Obtain a free credit report every 12 months from each bureau at annualcreditreport.com

  • Request additional reports if you've been denied credit

  • Review your credit reports before we begin services

Right to Sue

You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that:

  • Violates CROA provisions

  • Makes false or misleading statements

  • Charges advance fees (before services are performed)

  • Fails to provide required disclosures

7. Identity Theft Services

If you engage our identity theft recovery services, you certify that:

  • All identity theft claims are truthful and verifiable

  • You have not fabricated or exaggerated fraud claims

  • All documentation provided (FTC reports, police reports) is legitimate

  • You understand that false fraud claims may constitute federal and state offenses

Blueprint Forward does NOT:

  • Fabricate identity theft claims

  • Create false FTC reports or police reports

  • Encourage or assist with fraudulent statements

If we suspect fraud or false claims, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate services

  • Report suspected fraud to appropriate authorities

  • Refuse to process claims we believe to be false

8. Fees and Payment Terms

Credit Repair Services

CROA Compliance: We do not charge or collect advance fees for credit repair services where prohibited by law. Fees are earned only after services are performed each month.

Billing:

  • Monthly fees are billed in arrears (after work is completed)

  • First-month fee covers initial credit analysis and first round of disputes

  • Subsequent monthly fees cover ongoing dispute management and monitoring

Payment Methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  • ACH bank transfer

  • Other methods as agreed upon

Consulting and Advisory Services

For non-credit-repair services (business formation, strategic consulting, etc.):

  • Fees may be charged upfront as consulting fees are not subject to CROA advance fee restrictions

  • Fees are disclosed separately in service agreements

  • Payment terms vary by service type

Late or Missed Payments

  • Services may be suspended if payment is more than 15 days overdue

  • A $25 late fee may apply to payments more than 30 days overdue

  • Returned payments (insufficient funds) may incur a $35 fee

Refund Policy

  • You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice (except 3-day CROA cancellation period)

  • Refunds apply only to unperformed services

  • Completed work is non-refundable

9. Electronic Communications Consent

By using our services, you consent to receive communications electronically, including:

Methods of Communication:

  • Email

  • SMS/text messages

  • Secure online portal

  • Electronic signatures and documents

Types of Communications:

  • Service updates and appointment reminders

  • Dispute status updates

  • Educational content and credit tips

  • Billing statements and invoices

  • Legal notices and disclosures

Withdrawing Consent: You may withdraw consent to electronic communications at any time by contacting us in writing. Note: Withdrawing consent does not affect the validity of previously signed electronic agreements.

10. Service-Specific Terms

Business Credit & Funding Services

For SBA loans and business funding:

  • Final lending decisions are made by banks and lenders, not Blueprint Forward

  • We do not approve loans or guarantee funding

  • All SBA programs are subject to underwriting, cash flow analysis, and policy review

  • We provide preparation, positioning, and advisory services only

Tradeline Services

Advanced Credit Strategy

  • Services are offered by application only and subject to qualification

  • Tradelines are not loans or credit extensions

  • Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual

  • Tradelines may impact different credit bureaus differently

  • Subject to credit bureau and lender interpretation

Student Loan Services

For student loan consulting:

  • We do not make discharge or forgiveness decisions

  • Final decisions are made by the Department of Education and loan servicers

  • We provide consulting, analysis, and navigation support only

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our liability is limited to the amount of fees you paid for services rendered.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Lost profits or business opportunities

  • Credit denials or loan rejections

  • Actions taken by credit bureaus, creditors, or lenders

  • Delays caused by third parties (bureaus, creditors, courts)

  • Results of credit bureau investigations

  • Changes in credit scoring models or lending criteria

This limitation applies even if:

  • We have been advised of the possibility of such damages

  • A remedy fails of its essential purpose

  • Claims are based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory

12. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Arbitration Agreement:

  • Disputes will be resolved through the American Arbitration Association (AAA)

  • Governed by the Federal Arbitration Act

  • Conducted in Florida (or your state of residence if required by law)

  • Each party bears its own arbitration costs

  • Class action waiver: You agree to arbitrate disputes individually, not as part of a class action

Exceptions to Arbitration:

  • Small claims court matters (under jurisdictional limit)

  • Injunctive relief to prevent irreparable harm

  • Claims that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law

30-Day Opt-Out Period: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice within 30 days of signing your service agreement to: [email protected]

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Federal laws that apply:

  • Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) - 15 U.S.C. §1681 et seq.

  • Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) - 15 U.S.C. §1679 et seq.

  • Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) - 15 U.S.C. §6801 et seq.

  • Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) - 15 U.S.C. §1692 et seq.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, FCRA Disclosure, and service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blueprint Forward Consulting, LLC.

This agreement supersedes all prior:

  • Oral or written agreements

  • Representations or understandings

  • Marketing materials or advertisements

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Blueprint Forward Consulting, LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

No attorney-client relationship is formed by using our services. For legal matters, consult a licensed attorney in your state.

  • You understand that results are not guaranteed

  • You voluntarily engage our services with full knowledge of these terms

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
