How We Use Your Information. We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide our coaching services, schedule sessions and send appointment reminders and check-ins, send service updates and (where you have consented) promotional messages, process payments, and improve our services.

SMS / Text Messaging. If you provide your phone number and consent, we use it to send appointment reminders, coaching check-ins, service updates, and occasional promotional messages from Fortify Fitness LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our services (such as messaging or customer-service platforms) is permitted solely to help us deliver those services. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for any other purpose.

How We Share Information. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as scheduling, payment processing, email, and SMS delivery), and when required by law.
