TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Own Your Health. These terms and conditions (the "Terms") outline the rules and regulations for the use of my website and services. By accessing or using my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use my services.

1. DEFINITIONS

"I," "Me," and "My": Refers to Elise Sproll (also known as Elle), founder of Own Your Health.

"Client," "You," and "Your": Refers to the individual using my services.

2. SERVICES

I provide personal coaching to address your unique health challenges, group coaching for support and accountability, corporate coaching to boost workplace wellness, and cancer coaching to help you reclaim your health and confidence after cancer. As a reiki 2 practitioner, I perform reiki on clients in person, and via distance online. The specific details of each service will be outlined in a separate agreement between me and the client.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

By using my services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You warrant that any information provided to me is accurate and up-to-date.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Fees and payment terms are outlined in my agreements or proposals with the client. Payment is due within the agreed timeframe specified in my invoices. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as outlined in the invoice or agreement.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials created by me, including but not limited to coaching materials, content, graphics, and strategy documents, remain my intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for the purposes specified in our agreement. The client warrants that any content provided to me does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship. Confidential information includes personal health information, strategies, and other proprietary information not publicly known.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

I, Elise Sproll, or Own Your Health will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of my services. In no event will my aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless against all claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of my services or breach of these Terms.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

My website or services may contain links to third-party websites or services, which are not under my control. I am not responsible for the practices or content of any linked websites and do not endorse these services.

10. MODIFICATIONS

I reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of my services after the changes signifies acceptance of the new Terms.

11. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to rectify it within a reasonable time. Upon termination, all outstanding fees are payable immediately.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
