This is not a resort, and it is not a blank field.

It is a lived-in, intentionally arranged space where every element — from layout to flow — has been considered in service of the work.

How the Space Supports the Process

The property is structured to naturally guide participants through cycles of:

There is a rhythm to the land and the buildings that mirrors the retreat itself.

Central Temple Space

A quiet, grounded gathering space used for men’s circles, facilitated dialogue, and integration work. The space is simple, warm, and uncluttered — designed to support honesty and attention rather than performance.

Ceremony & Fire Areas

Dedicated outdoor spaces oriented for safety, containment, and reverence. These areas are intentionally placed to allow the land to hold sound, silence, and reflection without interruption.

Sleeping Quarters

A mix of private and shared accommodations designed for comfort and rest. Rooms are quiet, clean, and intentionally minimal, supporting sleep and nervous system recovery after deep internal work.

Sauna & Recovery Zones

Spaces specifically intended to support physical regulation and release. These areas allow the body to unwind stored tension and integrate experiences somatically, not just mentally.

Outdoor Reflection Areas

Paths, open areas, and quiet corners throughout the property where men can walk, sit, or simply be without agenda. These spaces are intentionally left unprogrammed to allow insight to surface organically.

We work with local chefs who are deeply connected to Andean food traditions, preparing meals in ways that honor the land, the season, and the body’s capacity to receive nourishment during periods of deep internal work.

Preparation is simple and intentional — not heavy, not indulgent, and not restrictive.

Ingredients are locally sourced and selected to support grounding, digestion, and steady energy.

Supporting the Nervous System and the Work

When men are engaging in honest inner work, the body is doing a great deal of processing. Meals are designed to support this by:

  • Avoiding foods that spike or crash energy

  • Supporting digestion so the body isn’t diverting resources
