Vision Fire is held in La Pacha, near Pisac in Peru’s Sacred Valley.
The land, space, and nourishment have all been intentionally curated to support deep work and integration.
The Sacred Valley is a wide agricultural basin surrounded by mountains, long oriented around land, seasons, and rhythm rather than urgency.
Here, vigilance softens naturally.

The Space at La Pacha
A Physical Container Designed to Support Inner Work
The retreat is held on a carefully stewarded property in La Pacha, designed to support deep work, recovery, and integration without distraction or excess.
This is not a resort, and it is not a blank field.
It is a lived-in, intentionally arranged space where every element — from layout to flow — has been considered in service of the work.

The property is structured to naturally guide participants through cycles of:
Engagement and reflection
Intensity and rest
Group connection and solitude
There is a rhythm to the land and the buildings that mirrors the retreat itself.
Men consistently report that they feel more settled, less vigilant, and more present simply by being in the space — before any formal work begins.

A quiet, grounded gathering space used for men’s circles, facilitated dialogue, and integration work. The space is simple, warm, and uncluttered — designed to support honesty and attention rather than performance.

Dedicated outdoor spaces oriented for safety, containment, and reverence. These areas are intentionally placed to allow the land to hold sound, silence, and reflection without interruption.

A mix of private and shared accommodations designed for comfort and rest. Rooms are quiet, clean, and intentionally minimal, supporting sleep and nervous system recovery after deep internal work.

Spaces specifically intended to support physical regulation and release. These areas allow the body to unwind stored tension and integrate experiences somatically, not just mentally.

Paths, open areas, and quiet corners throughout the property where men can walk, sit, or simply be without agenda. These spaces are intentionally left unprogrammed to allow insight to surface organically.
The land at La Pacha offers natural containment without confinement.
Wide horizons invite spaciousness and ease.
Defined gathering spaces create cohesion and connection.
Quiet supports presence while honoring both solitude and community.
Loosening the grip requires safety — not just emotionally, but physically.
When the body senses that it does not need to be on alert, the deeper work becomes possible. The space itself helps remove one of the biggest obstacles men carry into retreat settings: the need to manage.

Meals at Vision Fire are not an afterthought.
We work with local chefs who are deeply connected to Andean food traditions, preparing meals in ways that honor the land, the season, and the body’s capacity to receive nourishment during periods of deep internal work.
Preparation is simple and intentional — not heavy, not indulgent, and not restrictive.
Ingredients are locally sourced and selected to support grounding, digestion, and steady energy.
When men are engaging in honest inner work, the body is doing a great deal of processing. Meals are designed to support this by:
Avoiding foods that spike or crash energy
Supporting digestion so the body isn’t diverting resources
Helping regulate the nervous system rather than overstimulate it
Food becomes a stabilizing force — allowing men to go deep without becoming depleted.
