What We Look For

Vision Fire is intentionally small and curated. This allows us to create a container that is safe, coherent, and effective for everyone involved.

We look for three core qualities in the men who wish to embark on this journey:

Emotional Readiness

A willingness to meet internal experience without needing to be rescued, fixed, or bypassed. Emotional readiness does not mean having everything figured out — it means being able to stay present with discomfort, uncertainty, and truth as they arise, and to take responsibility for your inner experience.

Honesty

An ability to speak truthfully about where you are — not where you think you should be. Honesty allows the work to land. This includes being willing to name patterns, fears, and limitations without performance, justification, or self-protection.

Capacity to Integrate

A commitment to carrying insights back into daily life. Capacity to integrate means having the stability, support, and willingness to apply what emerges — in relationships, decisions, and behavior — rather than leaving the work behind as a powerful but isolated experience.

Why This Matters
