The Team

The Team Holding the Container

Vision Fire is not led by a single personality.

It is held by a coordinated facilitation team with clearly defined roles and shared responsibility. The work is intentionally curated so each practice, voice, and moment reinforces the next—creating a cohesive arc that allows depth, clarity, and transformation to unfold in a way that is greater than any single part.

Adam “Adi” Goodman

The Message Steward

Adi is the co-founder of Vision Fire and the steward of its structure, pacing, and integrity. He spent years as a senior executive in Fortune 500 environments, succeeding within a culture of performance and expectation. Over time, the clarity and fulfillment he expected from success began to thin, prompting deeper questions about who he was beyond role, responsibility, and achievement. That inquiry became the beginning of his own path of true self-discovery.

For more than a decade, Adi has engaged deeply in men’s work and ancient practices, unraveling conditioning and remembering what remains when roles fall away. This path led him to create Inspired Self, an eight-week journey for senior leaders seeking greater clarity, depth, and alignment.

Adi’s work bridges leadership, psychology, embodiment, and spiritual inquiry, with a focus on practical change that translates into daily life. His facilitation style is grounded, direct, and relational, supporting honesty, self-recognition, and lasting integration.

In support of the Vision Fire container, Adi:

  • Helps others recognize the path without walking it for them

  • Ensures the message remains true, undiluted, and aligned

  • Translates the inner work into language that the outer world can hear

  • Protects the integrity of the invitation

Jordan “Jodo” Kane

The Thread Keeper

Jodo is the co-founder of Vision Fire and a guide for men seeking the deeper currents beneath their lives—the quiet truth, the steady ground, the call toward awakening.

For over twenty years, he has walked with breathwork, meditation, and ancient traditions as companions and teachers, shaping a path rooted in presence and humility.

Trained in yoga and seasoned through a decade of men’s circle work, Jordan holds space where the body remembers, the heart softens, and the spirit speaks.

His work honors nature as mentor and mirror, inviting men to step into their own wild honesty, relational courage, and purposeful evolution. Jordan’s facilitation weaves stillness, embodiment, and soul into a transformative journey home.

Jodo holds the men’s group and keeps an eye on the bigger picture as the retreat unfolds by:

  • Tracking both individual and group process so nothing important gets lost

  • Helping connect insights across days rather than letting them stay isolated moments

  • Listening for recurring patterns, avoided edges, and places that need more attention

  • Supporting men in making sense of their experience and carrying it forward after the retreat

JC

The Firekeeper & Land Steward

As a co-founder of Vision Fire, JC stewards ceremony and place with humility, restraint, and safety while deeply honoring tradition.

He is a mixed media artist and musician from the United States, currently wizarding through this moment of the spacetime continuum in the Peruvian Andes, Sacred Valley of the Incas.

For over thirty years he has been blessed to be immersed in traditional customs, practices, techniques, rituals, and worldviews, with a luminous array of artists, craftsmen, musicians, medicine carriers, elders, and wisdom keepers of indigenous cultures from around the world.

As Firekeeper & Land Steward, JC supports the Vision Fire container by:

  • Holding ceremonial and fire-based spaces with steadiness, care, and restraint

  • Maintaining clear boundaries around traditional practices so they are approached with respect and responsibility

  • Tending to the physical and energetic relationship with the land throughout the retreat

  • Supporting safety, presence, and continuity so the work unfolds in a grounded way

Fiorella Vinatea

Mancapacha Maestra

Fiorella was born in Perú. She is a holistic therapist, working with Bach flower, herbolary and ayurvedic medicine.

She has been working with Sacred Valley Tribe in San Salvador, Peru, for several years, supporting retreats, ceremonies, and intentional circles.

She holds Andean sweatlodge (mancapacha) that comes from the amawtic tradition of the Andes in Bolivia.

Her facilitation creates an opportunity for men to die and be reborn in harmony and connection with life and our mission in it.

Rubén Darío Tejada

Facilitator – Conscious Fire

Rubén Darío Tejada accompanies processes of personal growth from presence, experience, and simplicity.

He has been a man of fire for 26 years, walking alongside traditional practices such as the Sun Dance, the Mountain of Vision, and South American ceremonies.

For him, fire is not a symbol or speech: it is home, care, and listening.

In the retreats, he accompanies men through the living fire as a space of presence, bond, and truth, sustaining processes from respect, the clear word, and the shared walk.

  • Supporting Practitioners

Additional practitioners will support somatic, movement, breath, or sound-based integration as needed, fully aligned with the core container.

How We Work Together

Vision Fire’s impact comes from precise orchestration. Each facilitator holds a defined role. Practices are sequenced intentionally. Structure creates safety. Safety allows honesty. Honesty allows the grip to loosen. Integrated experiences compound rather than dissipate — producing exponential change.
