Vision Fire is not designed as a stand-alone experience.
The depth of the work requires a container that is established before you arrive and held after you return home. This continuity is what allows the work to land, settle, and translate into lasting change.

The work begins well before you set foot in the Sacred Valley.
Once accepted, participants are guided through a pre-retreat preparation process designed to establish safety, clarity, and readiness. This phase helps shift you out of “event mode” and into a more receptive, grounded state.
Pre-retreat preparation may include:
Orientation and expectation setting
Clear agreements around presence, confidentiality, and responsibility
Gentle preparatory practices to begin slowing the nervous system
Reflection prompts that clarify intention and identify current patterns
Guidance around travel, rest, and pacing
This phase ensures you arrive open, oriented, and ready and not rushed, guarded, or mentally overloaded.
The container doesn’t start on Day 1. It is built deliberately so the work can begin immediately.
Because the container is already established, the retreat itself can move with greater coherence and care.
Insights are not rushed
Experiences are revisited.
Edges are tracked rather than bypassed.
The facilitation team works together to ensure that what arises is met, integrated, and contextualized, rather than left raw or unresolved.

The most important phase begins when you return home.
Without support, even powerful experiences can fade as daily life reasserts itself. Vision Fire is intentionally designed to prevent this drop-off.
Post-retreat integration is focused on:
Translating insight into lived behavior
Supporting nervous system regulation as you re-enter daily life
Helping you navigate conversations, decisions, and relationships differently
Reinforcing changes without forcing or overcorrecting
Participants are offered structured post-retreat support, which may include facilitated integration sessions, guided reflections, or follow-up touchpoints to help anchor the work.
This phase helps ensure the retreat becomes a turning point, not a memory.
Many retreats feel meaningful while you’re there and then can feel somewhat disorienting once you return home.
Vision Fire is built differently.
By establishing the container in advance and maintaining support afterward, the work:
Compounds rather than dissipates
Integrates rather than overwhelms
Becomes part of your life rather than separate from it
The measure of this work is not what happens in the Sacred Valley.
It’s what continues to unfold weeks and months later.

You’ve built your life through effort and control. That strategy carried you this far.
If part of you is already explaining why “now isn’t the time,” that may be the exact edge worth meeting and challenging. After all, now is the only moment we ever have.
Vision Fire exists for men ready to loosen the grip. Not because everything is falling a part, but because something deeper is calling.
From that place, strength returns in a different form. And life begins to meet you differently.
