Bronze Plus is 2 Set Days at £380 per month or 3 Set Days at £570
Gold Plus: is 4 Flexible Days at £800 per month
Payments: To make budgeting easier, we spread the cost of 52 weeks of daycare evenly over 12 months. This means your monthly payment remains the same, regardless of how many days or weeks are in a particular month.
The Important Small Print Made Large
Flexibility: Changes to days must remain within the same week; sessions cannot be carried over to the next week.
Notice for Changes: To guarantee availability, more than 7 days' notice is required (e.g., to switch Wednesday in week 2, you must request this by Tuesday in week 1,).
Missed Sessions: Missed sessions due to holidays, sickness, etc., are non-transferable.
Hotel Stays: When hotel stays are booked during your member days, the cost for those days will be removed from your hotel booking.
Bank Holidays: Bronze Membership - If your set days fall on a bank holiday, these sessions can be moved to another day within the same week.
*Saturdays: Saturdays are subject to availability.
**Christmas Premium: A premium rate applies during the specific 2-week Christmas period.
Nail Clips: Nail clips are available but subject to suitability. Fearful / Reactive dogs are not suitable
Payment: Payment is by Direct Debit or Cash, except for Pay As You Go (PAYG) rates.
Membership Cancellation: A 31-day notice period is required to end membership.
Membership Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee of £75 applies, but it is only charged if the membership is cancelled within the first 3 months. If your dog is dismissed from daycare or asked to take a break this fee does not apply.
Dog Membership: Membership benefits are specific to your dog and do not extend to other pets or household members.
