Daycare
Our team hold a range of dog behaviour and training, puppy training, canine first aid and welfare qualifications certified by IMDT, Sarah Whitehead, Puppy Start Right and others. Also each Pet Whisperer holds a diploma in Animal Management and Welfare. We use positive rewards based training methods to ensure we get the best out of your dogs.
Much like a school, our dogs are expected to behave with manners and the correct social skills. We focus on training and positively reinforcing these skills and behaviours during their days with us, whilst interrupting and distracting away from any unwanted behaviours such as jumping, barking etc
Mental stimulation is just as important if not more so than physical exercise for your dog. Engaging your dog to work, learn, and explore is mentally and physically rewarding for them. Our sessions are stuctured to focus on all areas of enrichment.
Our Pet Whisperers are taught how to implement all their knowledge in a daycare environment, especially mastering the art of reading a dogs body language. The key to keeping a safe and happy group of dogs is understanding non verbal communication.
Our areas are designed so each dog gets supervision and engagement suited to their needs. We can mix or separate dogs based on their personalities. Lots of space, equipment, toys and friends provide all they need.
Working from home? A 5 week shift pattern? Cutting back spending? We have options from half day a week to 5 full days a week to suit different requirements and budgets.
Yes, we have a taxi service available to customers in Didcot and the surrounding villages. Please see here to find out more.
At the moment our taxi service does not cover Wantage, Wallingford or Abingdon. However if we have enough enquiries from your area we will introduce a discounted taxi option. If you'd like to register your interest for this, please do so here.
For puppies under 6 months old we ask you to bring their lunch. If they're older we advise you to progress their meals to twice per day. All dogs will receive kibble throughout the day as part of our rewards/training.
