Are there trial/free sessions available?

We do provide a free 10 minute consultation call over chat or audio call. However we don't provide any trial/free sessions to ensure fair compensation for the therapists' time, effort, and expertise in assisting individuals. The decision to proceed is entirely yours.

What if I can’t afford therapy?

We are committed to making mental health care accessible and affordable. We offer sliding scale fees based on your financial situation. Please contact us to discuss your options.

Do you offer online or offline sessions?

We offer both in-person sessions (in Jaipur and Silvassa) and virtual sessions.

How much do sessions cost?

Our fees vary depending on the type of service. Please contact us directly for specific pricing information.

How long are the therapy sessions?

Typically, therapy sessions are 45-60 minutes long. However, the duration can vary depending on the type of session and individual needs.

Is my information confidential?

What if I have an emergency?

If you have a mental health emergency, please call emergency services, crisis prevention platform or go to the nearest hospital. For urgent but non-emergency situations, please contact us via mail, and we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible.

Can I take sessions on weekends or late evenings?

Yes, we are available for sessions on weekends and late evenings. We can set a mutually convenient time during consultation call.
