These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of this website and the purchase of any coaching or training services provided by Siobhán Dempsey (the "Coach"). By accessing this website or engaging in our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Professional Services

Siobhán Dempsey Coaching provides Executive and Employee Coaching, 1:1 Career and Life Coaching, and Group Training Services.

  • Coaching Relationship: Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client.

  • Not Therapy: Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, legal counsel, or financial planning. The Coach is an ICF-accredited professional, not a licensed therapist or medical doctor.

2. The CLEAR Coaching Programme©

All coaching engagements utilising the CLEAR Coaching Programme© framework are subject to these Terms. While the Coach provides tools and guidance, the Client is solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. The Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or income increases.

3. Payment and Fees

  • Fees: Fees for coaching programmes (including the 4-Month Programme, Taster Programme, or Stand Alone Sessions) and Corporate Workshops are as stated at the time of booking.

  • Payment Plans: Where a payment plan is agreed, the Client is committed to paying the full balance of the programme regardless of whether they choose to complete all sessions.

  • Late Payments: The Coach reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To maintain a professional and effective coaching schedule, the following policy applies:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session.

  • Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and charged at the full rate.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the loss of that session.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • ICF Standards: The Coach recognises that the Client may share future plans, business affairs, and personal information. The Coach will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, use or disclose any information the Client shares during sessions, except as required by law.

  • GDPR: All personal data is handled in accordance with Irish Data Protection law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more details, please view our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The CLEAR Coaching Programme©, all workshop materials, digital downloads, and website content are the intellectual property of Siobhán Dempsey.

  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials provided during your coaching for personal use only.

  • Prohibition: You may not record, share, reproduce, or sell any of the Coach’s proprietary frameworks or materials without express written consent.

7. Corporate and Group Training

For corporate contracts:

  • The specific scope of work, duration, and fees will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement.

  • In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siobhán Dempsey Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our coaching services or website content. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
