We’re Hiring: Full Time Virtual Assistant
– Telehealth / Medical Admin
Socially Empowered VA (SEVA) is growing, and we’re looking for a confident, outgoing, and highly professional Virtual Assistant to support a telehealth client in the medical industry.
If you’re fluent in English (written and verbal), thrive in a fast paced medical environment, and have mandatory medical admin experience, this could be your next role.
Position: Part Time and Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Telehealth / Medical Admin)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Time: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM AEST availability
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a VA in medical administration, graduate nurses are encouraged to apply.
Location: Remote WFH (supporting a Queensland-based client)
What You’ll Do
Provide day to day medical administrative support with professionalism and confidence
Handle inbound and outbound calls, including difficult patient interactions, calmly and empathetically
Assist with documentation, scheduling, and accurate data entry
Use medical software confidently and maintain digital records according to privacy policies and protocols
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, patients, and team members
Maintain organised systems for easy access and smooth workflow
You’re a Great Fit If You…
Are fluent in English (written and verbal)
Have mandatory medical admin experience, including working knowledge of medical software and understanding of privacy policies
Can manage difficult patients with professionalism and empathy
Are confident, outgoing, and have a strong personality
Are highly organised, proactive, and tech savvy
Can work independently and collaboratively
Can commit to a part time or full time roster
