There's no obligation! This is a basic form with basic information to get you started.
Legally we are required to keep much more information about you and your dog., but at the moment you might just be registering your interest so we don't ask for vaccinations, vet details etc yet.
We will send you an email to start the conversation and in that email will be a link to create your dogs profile on our online booking portal.
We won't spam you, or pass your info to anyone else, we'll send a couple of emails reminding you to complete your info and if you don't respond or tell us to get lost, we'll leave you alone.
If you complete your profile you can upload all the legally required info and book in your dogs first session.
