Where it all started

Assimilator

For years, we watched SMEs work incredibly hard while their systems quietly worked against them.

Projects stalled in email. Documents lived in fifteen different folders. The same report was rebuilt every month using exports and spreadsheets. Leaders made major decisions based on stale or conflicting data because there was no single version of the truth.

Most of the advice they got boiled down to “implement a bigger system” – often with a massive price tag, lengthy timelines and a high chance of failure.

Assimilator was created to solve a different problem: not “Which new system should we buy?”, but “How do we make the systems we already rely on work together in a way that makes sense for our business?”
