Will I have to give up my favourite foods?

Not at all. I believe in balance. You don’t need to cut out the foods you love. Instead, we’ll work together to incorporate nutrient-rich choices alongside your favourites, ensuring you enjoy every bite while fuelling your body for success.

How long will we work together?

You can start with a 4 or 6-month program, with the flexibility to extend as needed. While you’ll notice small wins early on, real, lasting change takes time. Many women find that around 9 months of coaching sets them on a sustainable path to long-term wellness.
