In my personal life, I experienced the effects of childhood trauma from the perspective of a child growing up in a home with marital discord, betrayal, addiction, and high conflict, and understand the continuing challenges that early childhood distress can have on a person’s life and relationships.
These combined experiences, along with my own healing journey, have shaped my life and influenced my decision to become a psychotherapist. I am honored to work in a profession where I can help others move past their suffering and live fulfilling, present, and purposeful lives.
Graduated with an MA in Marital and Family Therapy from the California School of Professional Psychology (Alliant International University) and a JD from UC College of the Law, San Francisco

Experience working with co-parents and divorcing couples as a professional mediator and counselor for over a decade to navigate separation and divorce with compassion and grace
Advanced training in several therapeutic and mindfulness-based modalities
In my previous career as a family lawyer, I witnessed how unmanaged chronic stress, anxiety, and unhealthy relationships can disrupt a person’s quality of life and have short and long-term negative effects on their overall health, as well as disrupt their most important relationships.
